Promoting Canada’s Seafood Opportunity for World Water Day

Promoting Canada’s Seafood Opportunity for World Water Day

To celebrate World Water Day on March 22, the Fisheries Council of Canada partnered with the Canadian Aquaculture Industry Alliance (CAIA) to promote the Blue Economy and Canada’s seafood opportunity in the Our Water special insert in the National Post.

FCC President Paul Lansbergen and CAIA President & CEO Timothy Kennedy highlight the ways in which the Canadian seafood industry can support the goals of the national Blue Economy mandate, and explain how our industry-created vision and action plan, Blue Economy Strategy 2040, can lead the way.

Learn more about the Blue Economy and Canada’s seafood opportunity on Page 3 of the insert or online here.
